3D printing

Quote a reviewed file against geometry, material, use, quantity and finish. Initial materials are PLA and PETG, selected for the intended use.

Prototypes & small batches

Develop enclosures, mounts, fit-check parts, jigs and repeatable prototype runs.

Models & display pieces

Scope architectural, product and presentation models against reference quality and required detail.

Measured reverse modelling

Reconstruct a part from suitable measurements and references; tolerance and fit require validation.

    Check dimensions, mating features and material choice before manufacturing.

  2. Validate a first part

    Print and inspect a prototype or fit-check part against the agreed use and tolerances.

  3. Agree the batch

    Confirm the validated revision, quantity, quality checks and finishing before repeating the part.
